On 2nd May 2019 Capital smart city announced the official launch of “Executive block” and the company also described some salient features, location, and benefits of this new block.
They also give special favor to the investors of the general block. Now, they can shift their plots from the general block to Executive block. There is a given deadline under which the conversion procedure can be carried out without any additional charges.
After the deadline, the society will charge 30% of additional payment for any conversion. The executive block is further divided into 5 blocks. The Executive block is said to be annexed to Overseas block, with one side facing towards the River and Golf Course at the back.

General Block members who have already paid their 1st quarter have to pay next quarter to apply.
Only those members of the general block can be applying for executive block, who have cleared all their outstanding dues in given time.
Final selection of members will have happened through balloting.

There will be limited quota reserved for the members of the general block.
However, the price of the executive block will be 30% higher than the general block price.
Those who will apply after the due date will pay to pay an extra amount as a conversion fee.
Company reserves the right to reduce the date of closing to apply without intimation.
To avoid any surcharges company has given one last chance to the members to pay their outstanding installments without any surcharge until 24th of May 2019. This relaxation is valid for all Blocks.
After verification of payment, a member needs to apply along with the copy of payment receipt verified by the accounts department.
It is important to mention here that the given master plan is provisional, and it will be expanded over time. As more land is being added to the project, there will be several other blocks to be added next to the existing area in the future.
