Phase 2 Block-A

Block-A of phase 2 is located on the left side from the entrance with the 150-foot wide road on one side and 70 feet wide from the other. In this block, there is a plot size of 5,6,7,10,12 Marla and 1 Kanal in residential and 2 or 4 Marla in commercial areas. In this block, there are huge parks of 7 Kanal, 11 Kanal, and 23 Kanal, and a grand Mosque spread over 12 Kanal. Phase 2 Block-B

B Block offers a diverse range of plot sizes offering 5 marla, 6 marla, 7 marla, 8 marla, 10 marla, and 1 kanal plots. Commercial plots of 2 marla and 4 marla are also available where 4 marla commercials are located on the 150 feet road whereas the 2 marla commercials are located on the main Ferozpur Road. 

Block B contains two parks, one of 5.3 Kanals and the 2.2 Kanals, and an 80-foot wide road that leads to the stadium. On this road, there are 35 three marla commercial buildings, a 30 feet wide parking area, and a park measuring approximately 7 Kanals.

With respect to rates, per marla prices vary from 6 lakhs to 6.5 lakhs. There are also corner plots, such as plot number 80 which is 2802 sq. ft. in size, along with plots available in sizes varying from 15 marla to 1 kanal across the block. A school is also planned for B Block which is already home to a healthy population making this location able to attract users because of its earlier entrance and sitting next to D Block where most of the activities are commercial.

D Block is predominantly commercial and houses Fontaine Park in the middle with the society office and Central Park about 8 Kanals away.
