Wirasat Health may collect and store the following information:

  • Selected project or assigned project
  • User role, such as user, doctor, pharmacy, or admin
  • Account status
  • Appointment requests and appointment history
  • Appointment reason, symptoms, consultation type, date, time, and status
  • Medicine order details, medicine names, selected pharmacy, delivery address, notes, and order status
  • Doctor reviews and ratings
  • Pharmacy inventory and operational information for pharmacy accounts
  • Support interactions and operational timestamps

2. Health and Service Information

Wirasat Health may process appointment reasons, symptoms, consultation type, prescription-related order details, medicine requests, selected pharmacies, delivery addresses, order status history, and doctor reviews to coordinate healthcare, pharmacy delivery, and service follow-up.

🔒 User guidance: Only submit information that is necessary for the requested service.

3. Location Usage

Wirasat Health requests location only when a user chooses the Emergency Help > Share Location feature.

  • The app uses foreground location once to create a shareable emergency location link. Location is not collected continuously, not used in the background, and not used for advertising.

4. How We Use Information

Wirasat Health uses information to:

Create and manage accounts
Route users by role
Show project-specific doctors and pharmacies
Book and manage doctor appointments
Place and track medicine orders
Manage pharmacy inventory
Support admin monitoring and service operations
Provide help and support
Improve reliability and understand app usage through analytics where enabled
Protect the service from misuse or unauthorized access

5. Who Can Access Information

Access is based on app role and service need:

  • Users can access their own profile, appointments, medicine orders, and reviews.
  • Doctors can access appointments assigned to them.
  • Pharmacies can access medicine orders assigned to their pharmacy and their own inventory.
  • Admin users can monitor and manage projects, doctors, pharmacies, appointments, and medicine orders for operational purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

Wirasat Health may use third-party services, including:

  • Firebase Authentication for login and account management
  • Cloud Firestore for database storage
  • Firebase Analytics where enabled
  • Google Sign-In for authentication
  • Phone dialer, email, sharing, maps/location, and WhatsApp-style support links through apps selected by the user

These third-party services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

7. Files and Prescriptions

In the current release, prescription and image upload flows may store placeholder file names or bundled asset references rather than uploaded files.

When Firebase Storage uploads are enabled in a later release, Wirasat Health may process prescription files, profile images, inventory images, storage paths, download URLs, and file validation information. The privacy policy and app behavior should be updated accordingly when this feature is enabled.

8. Data Security

Wirasat Health is designed to protect data through Firebase Authentication, role-based app routing, and production Firestore security rules.

Users and staff should access only the data required for their role. Future Firebase Storage uploads must use production Storage rules before launch.

9. Data Updates, Correction, and Deletion

Users can update profile information from the app where supported.

For account deletion, correction requests, privacy questions, or data access requests, users should contact Wirasat Health support.

Some records, such as completed appointments, medicine orders, reviews, or operational logs, may need to be retained for service history, security, operational records, or legal obligations.

10. Children and Misuse

Wirasat Health is intended for responsible healthcare and residential service coordination.

Users should not submit false, harmful, abusive, or unnecessary sensitive information.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Wirasat Health may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. Updates may reflect changes in app features, Firebase services, file uploads, notifications, legal requirements, or operational practices.

The latest version should be available on this page and inside the Wirasat Health app.
